Together McCranor Property Management has 25 years experience in the property market. This includes rental of own private investments and building developments/renovations. Excellent skills exist in communication and organisation as well as previous management experience both locally and internationally.
McCranor Property Management is up to date with the latest technology; we operate in a wireless office and can be contacted seven days a week by email, phone or fax. Our service provider Computer SOS ensures that our systems are operating and provide us with 24hour support.
We use a property management software program Rockend, which helps to maintain properties, contacts, income, outgoings, reports and much more including ensuring everyone is paid on time. Our other financial program utilised in the office is MYOB which enables ease for financial reporting to the tax office.
Staff Background
McCranor Property Management was established by Tim & Michelle McCranor. Tim is the Director and has many years experience in the property industry both locally and overseas. He has first hand knowledge of what an investor expects as it is the same as he expects from his own property investments. Tim has carried out various developments and renovations throughout the coastal suburbs in both residential and commercial property.
Michelle McCranor has a Graduate Diploma of Business and Diploma of Real Estate Management and takes care of the administration side of McCranor Property Management including accounts and maintenance. Michelle also has over 14 years experience with private investments and with Tim, has undertaken various developments and renovations.
Courtney Warburton has a Diploma in Management and has completed a Certificate III in Property Management and Real Estate Sales. Courtney started in the administration side of McCranor Property Management but now manages many of the properties located in the Glenelg - Marino area. Courtney has started her investment property portfolio and has a keen interest in property development and presentation of properties.
Jacquie Arnold is a new addition to the McCranor team and has a background in sales, marketing and management. She currently works as a part time property manager assistant, property inspector and assists with general administration tasks. Jacquie also has her own investment properties and has a strong interest in the property market.
